In this full time role, you will support both educational and managerial functions at Mothercraft’s child care center. Collaborating with a talented team, you will engage in providing safe, supportive, and enriching experiences tailored to foster each child's growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with administrative operations and staff coordination
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards in child care
• Plan and assess developmentally appropriate programs
• Build relationships with families and team members
• Conduct record maintenance and formal evaluations
Requirements:
• Early Childhood Education Diploma or relevant degree
• Previous experience in child care settings
• Registration with the College of ECE is a must
• Up-to-date First Aid & CPR C certification
• Ability to lift heavy objects as needed
