Brant Community Healthcare System, with its sites in Brantford and Paris, Ontario, is seeking a dedicated current graduate to join as a Respiratory Therapist. In this role, you will contribute to comprehensive patient care, manage ventilated patients, and assist in anesthesiology. You will also participate in on-call rotations and have the opportunity for continual skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support anesthesiology in the Operating Room and Labour and Delivery
• Manage ventilation for mechanically ventilated patients




• Assist with transport for intubated patients
• Perform ongoing assessments for high-risk respiratory patients
• Achieve certification in intubation and arterial line insertion
Requirements:
• Valid certification from the College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario
• Current BCLS and ACLS certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Previous clinical experience
