• Perform comprehensive site inspections of elevator systems • Review and address elevator maintenance issues • Verify code compliance for all equipment • Communicate recommendations effectively to clients • Prepare project reports, letters, and documentation

Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in construction or related field • Knowledgeable in elevator installation and maintenance • Detail-oriented with robust coordination abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • EDM-A designation or similar preferred
