In this role, you’ll be integral to enhancing Four Seasons' service for Residential homeowners. You will manage onboarding, personalize interactions, and coordinate additional bookings while supporting the Residential Supervisor with essential administrative tasks. Solid interpersonal skills are vital for fostering positive relationships and delivering unforgettable service.

Key Responsibilities:



• Understand brand expectations for homeowners and clients • Onboard new owners and welcome them to the service • Create and maintain detailed homeowner profiles in Salesforce • Utilize a consultative sales approach to meet guest needs • Upsell additional services for enhanced guest experiences

Requirements: • 3+ years of luxury customer service experience • Hospitality Diploma or equivalent experience • Knowledge of Property Management Systems • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong relationship-building and conflict resolution skills
