You will be engaged in the claims process through documentation, data entry, and direct client engagement from 8 AM to 8 PM, Monday through Friday. This role plays a vital function in facilitating claims creation and fostering relationships across varying layers of our organization.

Key Responsibilities: • Manage claim reports received via phone, email, and fax • Triage notices according to service level agreements • Identify loss events and respond appropriately • Handle communications from multiple zonal email accounts • Train business partners to strengthen internal capabilities

Requirements: • 3 years’ experience in customer service roles required • Insurance-related exposure is a plus • Post-secondary education required • Call center or queue experience preferred • Proficient with MS Office tools
