Key Responsibilities: • Create and lead engaging, therapeutic activities • Provide personalized support and encouragement • Participate in active play to foster development • Plan and facilitate enjoyable outings for clients • Offer personal care and administer medications safely
Requirements: • 1-3 years experience with developmental disabilities • Knowledge in behavioral strategies and crisis management • Must possess a valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license • First Aid/CPR certification must be obtained • Police and intervention record checks required
