As the Food Services Manager, you will work closely with the Executive Director, ensuring high-quality food services for residents. You must have a minimum of three years' supervisory experience in food production and a relevant management or nutrition degree. This position requires leadership in staff development, menu planning, and adherence to food safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee food services in accordance with policies
• Hire, coach, and evaluate food services staff
• Monitor residents' dietary needs and preferences




• Adapt menus in consultation with the Clinical Dietitian
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Requirements:
• Graduate from a food services management program
• Minimum 3 years experience in food production supervision
• Valuable communication skills; knowledge of Chinese an asset
• Completion of a recognized food safety program
• Satisfactory police reference check required
