As a 12-month Purchasing Coordinator, your main task will be maintaining the optimal levels of equipment across various locations. Responsibilities include processing purchase orders, managing warehouse inventories, and accurate record-keeping in our systems. You’ll also need to ensure a customer service-oriented approach while liaising with both suppliers and internal staff.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and fulfill product purchase orders
• Update warehouse profiles regularly for accuracy
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding shipments
• Maintain and update SKU Master file information
• Schedule inventory replenishments effectively
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• Experience in Inventory or Purchasing systems desired
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly Excel
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Independent worker with a focus on teamwork
