As an Accounting Specialist, you will take pivotal ownership of the accounting and reporting cycle for various properties. With responsibilities spanning month-end reporting, GL reconciliations, and vendor payment processing, your analytical acumen will be key. You'll assist in refining processes and work closely with teams to enhance financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the month-end close process for various entities
• Prepare and maintain property-level financials
• Conduct bank and general ledger reconciliations




• Aid in process improvements and cross-team collaborations
• Process accounts payable including vendor invoices
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• Solid full-cycle accounting experience; Yardi is a plus
• CPA PEP in progress strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills with a detail-oriented approach
• Active and skilled communication skills
