BGC Okanagan seeks an experienced People and Culture Business Partner to join its collaborative team. This full time role involves strategic HR support for leaders and employees, focusing on the employee lifecycle from recruitment through offboarding. Successful candidates will bring strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with leaders to assess workforce needs and priorities
• Advise on employee relations and performance management issues
• Conduct workplace reviews and investigations




• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts
• Maintain accurate HRMS records and support HR processes
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in HR or related field
• 3–5 years of HR experience, advising on employee matters
• Experience in a unionized environment
• Knowledge of BC employment and health legislation
• Class 5 Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
