What You Will Be Doing

The Senior Manager,



Enterprise Learning Adoption & Development, will establish, lead, partner and scale an enterprise-wide Learning & Development capability within Tangerine Bank, with a focus on enabling transformation readiness, workforce capability building, leadership effectiveness, and future ways of working.

This role will be responsible for developing an end-to-end Tangerine learning strategy that supports both strategic transformation initiatives, and broader organizational capability needs across Tangerine. The Senior Manager will create structure, governance, and consistency across learning priorities, including orientation and onboarding, AI fluency, leadership development, soft skills, purpose activation and future skills.
