Estimate or quote repair costs. Place parts orders and complete necessary paperworkPerform safety and operational testsPerform pre-delivery inspections, lay down trucks, and install trucks as neededCommunicate customer satisfaction information and leads to the appropriate personnelComplete all training as requiredPerform other duties as assignedPhysical RequirementsAble to safely operate lift trucks and vehicles/service vansAble to sit, stand, walk, bend/stoop/twist, squat,
reach below knee level, grip/grasp, work with arm outstretched, and work above chest levelAble to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.Able to occasionally lift/carry/push/pull up to 100 lbs, reach above shoulder level, climb stairs, climb ladders, torque, use vibratory tools, and pinch gripEducation and QualificationsHigh school diplomaValid driver's licenseIndustry related training and/or one to two years of prior experience (preferred)Able to read and understand hydraulic and electrical schematicsFamiliar with tools and equipment such as common hand tools, electrical/air tools, torch, arc welder, and various types of testing equipmentAble to read and understand service manuals and microfiche, plan and follow-throughGood organizational, customer service, communication and interpersonal skills requiredPlease note that we currently require all new hires to complete a criminal reference check to be eligible for employment.At Crown Lift Trucks, we believe in fairness and transparency.
