- Manage and grow key national retail accounts across Canada, including major pharmacy and mass retail partners- Own the full account lifecycle: from onboarding and contracts through to execution and growthBusiness Development & Program Building- Identify and secure new opportunities within existing and prospective accounts- Build and execute account-specific programs to drive sell-through and brand visibility- Partner with buyers to negotiate listings, promotions, and merchandising plans- Support planogram development and in-store execution to maximize performanceMarket Intelligence & Field Engagement- Conduct store visits and market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights- Maintain strong relationships with retail partners through regular communication and in-person engagementCross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting- Work closely with internal teams to align on strategy, inventory, and marketing initiatives- Develop presentations and reports using Excel, PowerPoint,
