Skyworks Solutions is seeking a university student for an RFIC design and lab testing role within its RF Mixed-Signal Intelligence Solutions business unit. The internship provides mentoring from a Senior Engineering expert and spans a full year, starting in January 2027. You will collaborate with a diverse team on complex RFIC projects, offering a solid introduction to RF electronic component design.

Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct lab tests and characterize front-end modules • Contribute to advanced analog and RF IC research • Assist in new product design activities • Communicate effectively across the organization • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills

Requirements: • Enrolled in an MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering • Full time onsite commitment from January to December 2027 • Knowledge of Electromagnetic Fields and Microwave principles • Experience in Power Amplifier and RF component design preferred • Familiarity with ADS, Cadence, or similar design tools
