As part of Dream’s Development & Income Property Accounting team, you'll direct financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance for numerous residential and commercial assets. Your role will involve detailed financial reporting, budgeting, and mentorship, all within a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Collaboration with various stakeholders is key to success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee accounting cycles and high-risk transaction reviews
• Prepare financial analyses and communicate findings to Senior Management
• Ensure reliability of financial records and oversee compliance




• Lead the design of IT and financial reporting processes
• Train and guide the accounting team for effective performance
Requirements:
• CPA designation preferred with at least 3 years of experience
• Strong month-end close and financial statement preparation knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; JD Edwards beneficial
• Experience with managing diverse operating asset arrangements
• Process-oriented mindset with excellent documentation skills
