This Sales Representative position requires a strong foundation in real estate sales, particularly in multi-family pre-sales. Working under the Sales Manager, your responsibilities include contract processing, liaising with internal teams, and ensuring a compliant and smooth sales process. Building relationships with clients and realtors will be essential as you support the growing demand for homes in Surrey and Langley.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing and processing contracts
• Engage with internal Marketing and Homeowner Care teams




• Maintain accurate records of customer care issues
• Ensure all sales agreements are legally compliant
• Create and manage client walkthrough schedules
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience
• Experience with CRM platforms including Blackline
• Robust organizational and market awareness skills
• Established connections with local realtors
• Valid driver’s license with vehicle access
