Axiom is seeking a Corporate Governance Lawyer to support our publicly traded client base across multiple industries. You will advise boards and senior executives on governance matters and fiduciary duties. You will draft, review, and maintain bylaws, charters, policies, resolutions, and committee materials, and ensure compliance with proxy rules and SEC filings. Licensing in Ontario or Alberta is required.
