We currently have an opening for a Production Supervisor- Afternoon shift, come grow with us!Reporting to the Assistant Plant Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising the activities of the department’s production associates, as well as working as part of the department to produce quality parts at a low cost and on time to the customer.Key Responsibilities IncludeAbility to lead, motivate, guide and manage a team of up to 35 employeesEnsure production is progressing on target while meeting quality expectationsAbility to identify parts for employees utilizing material management systemsLiaise with other teams internally such as engineering for clarification on designs from production employeesLead and coordinate continuous improvement activitiesFacilitate team meetings and discussions on resolving any production issuesEnsures the health and safety of employees and provides input on safety related issues or potential hazards to the Health and Safety committeeMonitors time and attendance of employees,



providing counseling and performance management when requiredTracks and reports inventory levels and participate in the purchasing of new equipmentLeading a team who are producing products in a hands‑on production and assembly workplace without automation/machine assistanceDo you qualify?
