Inside Sales Account Manager Employer: North Shore Canada Inc.

Location: Head Office in Simcoe, Ontario.

Job details Our company is growing our Sales Team and we are recruiting for Account Managers. We are seeking outgoing, personable individuals who have a track record in sales excellence and who are passionate about contributing to corporate growth by achieving/exceeding sales targets. You will be working both independently and within a team environment achieving a common goal of strengthening relationships with our existing database or developing new customers. Responsibilities

Planning efficient daily activities

Obtaining and submitting orders, increasing orders, and call volume

Keeping management informed through verbal and written communication, reports and analysis

Acting as an intermediary, promptly solving customer concerns by investigating problems and providing recommendations to management

Ability to meet minimum goals

Probationary period of 3 months

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

Qualifications

1-3 years outside or inside sales experience





Ability to follow work according to standard operating procedures

Team player

Reliable, organized

Self-motivated, working with minimum supervision but can absorb and take instructions

Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Advanced computer skills including a high comprehension of Microsoft Office including Excel

Professional demeanor with exceptional listening and communication skills

College/University education, or equivalent experience

Bilingual (French, Hindi, Korean) an asset

Ability to lift 35 lbs

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
