This permanent part-time custodian position involves cleaning the Band Office and complex, ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained. Your responsibilities will include daily cleaning tasks, monitoring supplies, and reporting any maintenance issues. Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out general cleaning duties such as mopping and sweeping
• Sanitize restrooms and communal areas regularly
• Execute periodic deep cleans and floor waxing




• Replenish cleaning supplies and monitor inventory
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance needs immediately
Requirements:
• Experience in custodial work or building maintenance preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and safety protocols
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds
