service calls and project installs Fix what’s broken Build what’s new Figure things out when they don’t make sense (because they won’t always) One day you’re saving a grocery store’s product. Next day you’re installing a brand-new system like a boss. What You’ll Actually Do

Diagnose issues like a detective (minus the trench coat)



Repair and maintain commercial & industrial HVACR systems Install and retrofit equipment — clean, compliant, and done right Read blueprints without pretending you understand them Keep your paperwork tight (yes, it matters) Show customers you know your stuff without talking in circles Let’s Talk Projects (aka Where You Can Shine)

Journeyman Cert (or indentured Apprentice) Supermarket experience — big plus here 2+ years experience Ability to handle on-call rotation without disappearing Valid Class 5 license + decent driving record Gas ticket Fall Protection, AWP, H2S (you know the drill) Why Gateway?
