With over 100,000 residents in the southwest ward, we are a team dedicated to building public trust and confidence in our local government.As Council Assistant, you will play a key role, working closely with the Councillor, the team, and the community at large to further advance the vision and mission of the office.What will you do?Administrative Support:Coordinate scheduling and logistics for the Councillor, including meetings, and community engagement eventsOrganize and maintain digital and paper documentationConstituent Support and Community Outreach:Deliver excellent customer service by handling inquiries and concerns from public members via phone, email, or in person. Ensure prompt service to residentsProactively identify issues and escalate them to the Councillor as appropriateAttend meetings and events as appropriateCommunication and Research Support:Research and synthesize information to create reports, briefing materials and ward communicationsCreate monthly newsletterMaintain politically sensitive informationQualifications:Completion of Grade 12 and related post-secondary course workTwo years of related administrative,
