Key Responsibilities:
• Manage installations from service request to invoicing
• Assess and choose appropriate installation vendors
• Coordinate installation schedules and serve as the primary customer contact

• Escalate any service-related issues to the appropriate teams
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of project coordination or technical support experience
• Understanding of 12-24VDC systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively under pressure
• Experience with CRM software and adept with Microsoft Office
