Overview TheOperationsCoordinator is a key member of the Demand Management team, supporting theaccurateandtimelyexecution of wholesale customer orders for Aldo / APS Brands. This role is essential to ensuringon‑timedelivery and order accuracy, while providing visibility of issues and delays to our internal teams.

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, organized, and curious professional who enjoys working with data, thrives in a fast‑pacedenvironment, and is passionate about delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities

Process and manage wholesale outbound orders in SAP from entry to fulfillment

Maintain an accurate order book and provide visibility using SAP, BI tools, and Excel reports





Build and analyze Excel files using Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data reconciliation

Manage customer‑specific delivery SOPs and compliance requirements

Monitor demand to support accurate production planning

Partner with Distribution, Logistics, and Account Management teams to minimize delays and ensure order accuracy

Deliver best‑in‑class customer service by managing inquiries, issues, delays, and claims

Identify sales opportunities through product and operational support

Support team members with cross‑training, documentation, and additional tasks as needed

Requirements

Positive, proactive attitude with strong curiosity and adaptability

Fluent in French and English; role involves international communication where English is the primary business language

Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with large datasets, formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and reporting

High confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset

Willingness to support the team beyond core responsibilities

Customer service experience in wholesale or supply chain (preferred)

SAP or ERP experience (preferred)
