We are in search of a System Integration Lead with a background in power systems and at least 5 years of relevant experience. You will oversee system integration for battery energy storage and photovoltaic solutions, ensuring all safety standards and certifications are met. Your leadership will not only involve technical oversight but also mentoring engineers in best practices and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:



• Own integration for BESS and photovoltaic projects • Develop and execute testing for grid-related performance • Coordinate factory acceptance and field testing activities • Mentor staff and enhance test documentation practices • Support compliance with UL and IEEE standards

Requirements: • Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience • 5+ years in EMS or plant-level controls • Proficient in communication protocols like Modbus TCP • Hands-on experience with control software and AI tools • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
