Program Manager - Business

Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid - (2 days a week onsite)

Pay Rate : $93.63/hr - $108.22/hr

Contract Length: 6 Months with possibility for extension

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to partner directly with the Managing Director of Digital Asset Technology in driving a strategic portfolio of digital asset and emerging technology initiatives.

This role is responsible for leading complex, cross-functional technology programs from inception through delivery, while providing executive-level reporting, governance, financial oversight, and stakeholder coordination. The successful candidate will operate as a trusted partner to senior leadership, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into executable delivery plans and successfully implemented across business and technology teams.

The ideal candidate combines exceptional program management discipline with strong executive communication skills and the ability to navigate complex organizational environments.

Must Have Requirements

15+ years of progressive Program Management experience leading large-scale technology initiatives.





Proven experience managing complex programs involving multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and delivery teams - 10+ years

Demonstrated success presenting to and supporting senior executives, including Managing Directors, SVPs, and VPs - 10+ years

Solid experience with executive reporting, governance, risk management, and portfolio oversight - 10+ years

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

University Degree

Nice to Have

Digital assets experience - Preferred

Banking or financial services experience preferred.
