SUMMARY OF THE POSITION A person responsible for one or more programs or projects, providing qualified support for service development, including advising, monitoring, and supporting various stakeholders. They conduct the research necessary to identify and assess resources and needs. They design and propose development plans and programs to ensure adequate service planning. They provide advice on the implementation or improvement of programs and/or services. They may participate in various teaching and training activities. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS
- Facilitate communication among all key stakeholders of the CBHSSJB, the Ministry, communities, and consultants;
- Follow an establishedproject management system and ensure that all key stages are completed, from assessment through final approval and
