At the Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute, we are seeking a proactive K-12 Education Specialist to contribute to AI literacy initiatives for Canadian students. This full-time role will focus on program creation, stakeholder engagement, and collaborating within a supportive team environment. Your work will pave the way for educators to better integrate AI into their curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:



• Craft AI literacy programs tailored to provincial needs • Support teachers with AI and ML implementation resources • Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute training • Create meaningful content for learners in the program • Monitor and enhance organizational efficiency initiatives

Requirements: • Post-secondary degree in Education or a related field • 3-5 years teaching experience in K-12 • STEM teaching experience, preferably at junior high/high school • Knowledge of educational technologies is advantageous • Public speaking and facilitation skills preferred
