Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will ensure the secure and compliant operation of facility systems. Key responsibilities include performing regular inspections, troubleshooting, and executing repairs in various disciplines. Contributions to environmental compliance programs will enhance operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections and identify maintenance needs
• Carry out preventative maintenance to prolong asset life
• Repair facility systems including HVAC and plumbing




• Document maintenance tasks through accurate records
• Manage relationships with third-party contractors
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3–5 years of experience in facilities maintenance
• Familiar with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work
• Capability of operating powered industrial equipment
• Self-directed and adept at prioritizing tasks
