This full-time position involves supervising a variety of youth programs focused on mental health recovery and youth justice. You will lead a team of professionals dedicated to providing trauma-informed and evidence-based therapy while promoting inclusion and equity within the community.
Key Responsibilities: • Supervise youth counseling staff and programming • Implement best practices and maintain compliance • Build strong relationships with funders and stakeholders • Monitor risks and advocate for client safety • Support ongoing professional development for staff
Requirements: • M.A. in Psychology or M.S.W. and registration • 2 years of supervisory experience preferred • Proven expertise in trauma-informed therapy • Experience leading programs in diverse communities • Knowledge of relevant regulations in children’s services
