Our GTA client is seeking an experienced IBM Technology Developer Developer with extensive experience in the IBM technology stack and a strong understanding of AI tools and practices. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on expertise in IBM MDM, and BPM Workflows, and be capable of designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise‑grade solutions that drive business efficiency and innovation. Required Skills

- Hands‑on expertise in IBM MDM (Master Data Management) for managing and governing enterprise data.
- Experience in developing and automating BPM Workflows to streamline business processes.
- Proficiency in AI‑assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, with the ability to develop reusable AI prompts and solutions to improve team productivity.
- Solid understanding of software development best practices, debugging, and troubleshooting within the IBM ecosystem.




- Experience working in an Agile development setting with strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to create technical designs and documentation for assigned user stories and projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have

- Experience with IBM Sterling FileX or equivalent for secure and reliable file transfer solutions.
- Familiarity with IBM Filenet or equivalent for enterprise content management and document management solutions.
- Knowledge of additional AI and machine learning frameworks or tools that can be integrated into IBM solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms, especially IBM Cloud or AWS, and deployment automation.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines within IBM technology projects.
- Prior experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical teams.
