In this full-time, permanent role, you'll define customer needs and demonstrate products effectively. You'll be responsible for answering calls, following up on orders, and using problem-solving skills to assist customers. Maintain knowledge of our extensive product range and participate in staff meetings and trainings for continuous improvement.

Requirements: • Must be a musician with experience in playing an instrument • Excellent verbal communication skills are essential • Solid work ethic, high energy, and enthusiasm required • Ability to lift and carry large boxes • Previous retail or sales experience is an asset
