Elevate participant compensation processes as the Lead Patient Compensation Specialist in Clinical Development & Operations. Drive improvements, oversee vendor performance, and ensure effective travel services for participants.

In this pivotal role, you will take charge of global participant payments, manage vendor engagement, and identify strategies to enhance operational workflows. Your expertise will shape the administration of travel services while ensuring adherence to quality guidelines, all aimed at optimizing the participant experience in clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:



• Implement strategies for participant payments and travel services • Lead cross-functional process improvements and system enhancements • Monitor vendor performance and resolve operational issues • Develop and enforce process guidelines through QC checks • Proactively assess payment strategies in evolving contexts

Requirements: • 8 years of clinical contracts or project management experience • Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred • Solid leadership and negotiation skills • Ability to oversee complex payment processes • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
