Key Responsibilities:
• Lead operational excellence in food services
• Customize menus with residents and their families
• Achieve resident satisfaction and engagement goals
• Conduct nutrition assessments in compliance with standards
• Manage vendor partnerships for food services
Requirements:
• At least three years in dietary roles required
• Valid Food Safety Handler’s Certificate essential
• One year in a leadership position preferred
• Current membership with CSNM or Registered Dietitian needed for Ontario
• Vulnerable Sector Check must be obtained
