We're an auto shop growing beyond our bays, and we're looking for an outside sales rep to lead the charge. We've built a business servicing work vehicles for local fleets, and your job is to grow it: knocking on doors, building relationships, and closing deals.

This is a road job. Roughly half your week is spent out of the shop, meeting local businesses that run vehicles: construction crews, HVAC and roofing outfits, delivery companies, property managers.

Full-time or part-time

We're open to both. Whether you want a full week in the field or a focused part-time schedule, we'll build the role around a fit that works. Compensation scales accordingly - base plus uncapped commission either way.

Read this part first This is a sales job, through and through. If you don't have a natural sales orientation, this role isn't for you. We're looking for someone who genuinely likes winning people over: persuasive, quick on their feet, and able to solve a prospect's problem instead of just pitching at them. You'll hear "no" plenty, and the right person treats that as part of the game, not a reason to quit.

What you'll sell Local fleet service to nearby businesses that run work cars and vans. We keep their fleet on the road, and their staff get a perk on their own vehicles too. This is warm,



relationship-driven selling in your own backyard.

What you'll do

Prospect local businesses in the field, on foot and by phone

Log every visit, contact, and next step in our sales app, built for this role

Move deals through the pipeline from first visit to signed contract

Hit your weekly visit targets and monthly signing goals

Stay on top of follow-ups so nothing goes cold

What we're looking for

Comfort with door-to-door or field sales and self-directed days

A valid driver's license

Strong follow-through; you keep your commitments and your pipeline current

Ability to explain a service offering clearly to different audiences

Bonus: experience in automotive, fleet, or B2B sales

We provide the vehicle

- company car for your field days, so you're on the road with no wear on your own vehicle.

You use your own

- and we cover it with a car allowance plus a gas card, so your mileage is on us.

Either way, a phone allowance is included.
