Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Data Analyst to join one of our clients on a full-time basis. This individual will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to analyze and interpret data that drives key business decisions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that support business growth and operational excellence.

On a day-to-day basis, this person will analyze data across various areas of the business, including product performance, inventory management, revenue trends, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness.



They will be responsible for consolidating data from multiple sources, developing reports and dashboards, building analytical models, and presenting findings to stakeholders in a clear and meaningful way. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations that influence business outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Technology, or related field

- 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role working with large datasets

- Solid experience with Power BI and Power Query

- Advanced Excel skills

- Intermediate proficiency in Python or R Experience or interest in AI tools and application

Artificial intelligence tools are used to assist with in screening and assessing applicants for this position.
