If you're looking for a new prospect, we provide career growth, an excellent benefits plan, RRSP matching, and competitive compensation.The Estimator’s primary responsibility is creating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers including all communication. Also, estimators inform and update customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles, documents and parts needed for repairs.
The Estimator works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities KPIs.Key Job ResponsibilitiesEnsure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.Write accurate estimates for the damage of vehicle and repairs to be completedProvide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair processEnsure ASE is updated accurately with important details from every customer interactionEnsure compliance with all insurance requirementsCommunicate all customer requests and needs to the appropriate team membersParticipate in daily “production walks” with the Management TeamAttend training, information sessions and workshops recommended by Store ManagerBuild customer relationships and apply learning to maximize KPI performance (Sales/ GP/ EBITDA/ BHPD/ NPS, Return Rate, etc.)Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the JobHigh School Diploma or equivalentA minimum of 1 year of estimating experience in a collision repair environment or a similar roleRequired Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesExperience using Mitchell and QapterWorking knowledge of vehicle repair practices and OE guidelinesStrong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft OfficeStrong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracyAbility to multitask and effectively manage a fast paced environmentOther Requirements Travel, physical requirements, etc.Valid driver’s license requiredPlease note, this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities,
