Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards
Maintain proper stock levels and assist with inventory control
Follow and enforce company policies (cash handling, food safety, scheduling)
Complete daily reports, waste logs, and shift documentation
Maintain a clean, protected, and organized work environment
Customer Service
Deliver and model exceptional guest experience
Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain a friendly, fast-paced service environment
Health & Safety
Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace safety standards
Report hazards, incidents, or equipment issues immediately
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurant
Leadership or supervisory experience is an asset
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and under pressure
Food Safety Certification (preferred or required)
