As a temporary, on-call letter carrier with Canada Post, you will play a key role in ensuring timely deliveries across Fredericton, New Brunswick. The position includes sorting tasks at the depot, driving postal vehicles, and providing exceptional service while delivering items. Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and sort daily deliveries each morning
• Load Canada Post vehicle for daily routes
• Deliver items efficiently by foot or by vehicle
• Return to depot for incoming mail unloading
• Drive responsibly, maintaining a protected record
Requirements:
• Must hold a Class 5 or Class G driver’s license for 3+ years
• Physically able to lift up to 22.7 kg (50 lb)
• Open to working outside in all weather
• Availability for on-call shifts
• Proficient in English and/or French
