Assisted Living Alberta is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for its Palliative Care team in Edmonton. You will provide client-centered nursing care, assessment, and guidance, collaborating with healthcare professionals. This role also includes case management responsibilities to ensure comprehensive support for clients experiencing life-limiting illnesses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations
• Deliver therapeutic nursing services in home environments
• Coordinate care plans with the multidisciplinary team




• Provide direct client care based on clinical standards
• Mentor student nurses and participate in staff development
Requirements:
• Completion of an accredited nursing program
• Active registration or eligibility with CRNA
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
• Two years of recent nursing experience
• Solid organizational and communication skills
