Support St.Amant in their mission as a Behavior Analyst focusing on First Nations children. This part-time role, based in Winnipeg, involves implementing treatment programs while traveling to diverse communities.
St.Amant is seeking a Behavior Analyst to assist in the Jordan’s Principle program, ensuring equitable access to essential services for children. With a focus on collaboration and person-centered care, you will assess needs, develop treatment plans, and train caregivers. Your expertise in behavioral analysis will be vital in improving lives in Manitoba's diverse communities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments to guide program development • Design and implement effective treatment strategies • Train family members and caregivers on skills needed • Evaluate outcomes to ensure effectiveness of treatments • Engage in teamwork as part of a multidisciplinary approach
Requirements: • Degree in Psychology with Applied Behaviour Analysis courses • At least 2 years' experience with individuals with disabilities • Must possess a valid Manitoba driver's license • Willingness to travel and work flexible schedule • Proficiency in current software applications essential
