As a One-to-One Inclusive Education Instructor, you will provide individualized support to Kindergarten through grade 12 students. This position emphasizes a neuroaffirming and strengths-based approach, allowing you to design and implement unique learning plans. Your expertise in literacy and math will enhance student learning outcomes, fostering a positive and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver one-to-one instruction in person and online
• Develop individualized learning plans linked to measurable goals




• Assess learner strengths and challenges
• Maintain an enjoyable learning environment
• Provide detailed progress reports using assistive technology
Requirements:
• Experience with children having learning differences
• Strong communication skills with assistive tech
• Ability to adapt to strengths-based learning environments
• Self-motivated and driven
• Eligibility to work in Canada
