Customer Quality Advocate - 12 month contract (remote)

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver exceptional quality and innovation in telecom equipment. This role is an integral part of our Global Quality Team, bridging expertise across R&D;, Supply Chain, PLM, and Quality Management, with a focus on customer impact and continuous improvement.

How You Will Contribute

- Analyze and communicate customer results to relevant teams for actionable insights.
- Engage directly with account teams and customers to address quality needs.
- Monitor and report quality metrics that drive continuous improvement.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to resolve customer quality concerns.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to quality assurance procedures.
- Support daily Quality activities for our global customer base.
- Review requirements with developers and Quality engineers to ensure consistency and accuracy.

The Must Haves

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in quality engineering.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Power BI.
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to perform statistical analysis and interpret data.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing requirements.
- Familiarity with telecom equipment and customer baselines.
- Effective communication skills, comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders.

Nice to Haves

- Experience with SQL, Salesforce, JIRA, and software application testing.
- Prior exposure to customer communication and engagement.
- Documented training and certifications in quality or related fields.
- Knowledge of root cause analysis in complex platform environments.
- Strategic partnership and interpersonal skills for collaborative environments.
- Flexibility in working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
