Array Marketing is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support our energetic manufacturing environment with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven solutions. You will manage ERP systems and BOMs while collaborating with teams to facilitate product launches and enhance efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and define Item Masters, BOMs, and routings
• Support change management during product launches
• Conduct labor and cost analysis to optimize production




• Implement automation strategies and data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project execution
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Manufacturing Engineering or related
• Experience in discrete or contract manufacturing
• Proficient in ERP systems, preferably SAP or Epicor
• Solid foundations in continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
