Corpay is seeking an Onsite Crew Accommodations Agent to manage hotel and transportation bookings for airline crews in Calgary, CAN. This contract role requires excellent client communication and organizational skills.
Become part of the Corpay Lodging division as an Onsite Crew Accommodations Agent. This short term contract (3-6 months) emphasizes booking accommodations and resolving last-minute relocations for flight crews. You'll work closely with Clients' Crew Scheduling and other teams to fulfill operational needs and maintain positive communication.
Key Responsibilities: • Book hotels for crew members and airline staff • Handle last-minute crew relocations efficiently • Work with Crew Scheduling and related groups • Communicate proactively to resolve booking issues • Monitor access to tools and report problems
Requirements: • 3+ years in the hotel/travel industry preferred • Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills • Proficient in Microsoft applications • Able to work flexible shifts when needed • High school diploma or GED required
