This position with the Personal Debt Solution team is key to ensuring clients receive the support they need during challenging financial times. You'll perform initial consultations, assist in navigating bankruptcies, and actively participate in community outreach efforts. Comprehensive training will equip you to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities: • Provide initial consultations for debtors • Support clients with bankruptcy and financial proposals • Review interview forms and documentation • Conduct outreach and develop business presentations • Utilize social media for promotional activities

Requirements: • At least 2 years in customer service or insolvency • Robust interpersonal and communication skills • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Weekend availability for one evening shift required
