SaskAbilities is seeking a Human Services Assessor to deliver client-centered disability impact assessments. This role involves direct interaction with clients in various settings.
Candidates should possess a degree in Human Services, with a minimum of two years of assessment experience. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, manage data, and ensure accurate reports are generated. Ongoing communication with supervisors and community partners will be critical to your success in coordinating efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments in homes or public locations
• Enter data into a management system accurately
• Review and analyze assessment information
• Report project status to Senior Supervisor and others
• Develop workflow schedules effectively
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Services required
• At least two years of relevant assessment experience
• Solid communication skills essential
• Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Drivers License
• Criminal record checks mandatory for final candidates
