Westbank First Nation is seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor/Recruitment to lead staffing and recruitment efforts within a federally regulated workplace. You will oversee postings, onboarding, references, and employment agreements, ensuring compliance with Canada Labour Code and related acts.

The role requires a degree in HR, 2 years of recruitment experience, and proficiency with HRIS systems such as UKG.
