Paid Time Off We currently have an opening in Niagara/Hamilton ON for a: Commercial Manager The Commercial Manager will be responsible for partnering closely with project leadership, design consultants, and subcontractors to provide financial oversight and commercial strategy that drives project success. How will you contribute to the team? Assist with the implementation and roll out of project commercial process and procedure mapping specific to project. Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting. Provide oversight on client invoicing and actual cost reconciliation in accordance with the Main Contract conditions minimizing ineligible costs. Establish and implement processes for change management, risk analysis, and claims avoidance. Manage subcontractor and consultant procurement strategies in alignment with project objectives. Ensure that the outturn costs on the project are monitored on a monthly basis through a detailed bottom up resourced and costed forecast. Ensure compliance with contract obligations, company policies, and relevant legislation. Work collaboratively with the project team, client representatives, and design partners to maintain transparency and accountability in all commercial matters. Work closely with design partner to ensure forecasts are accurate, costs are reconciled and payments are made in accordance with their Design Services Agreement. Ensure that the Commercial Team are managing all subcontractor/supplier accounts in accordance with the Procedures from requisition stage through to the signature for
