In Oakville, you will provide outstanding support to clients while managing various account activities and communications. This role requires exceptional problem-solving capabilities and teamwork, allowing you to address client needs effectively. You will facilitate account lifecycle processes while ensuring high-quality service throughout the organization.

• Engage with clients and respond to service inquiries • Manage account lifecycle from opening to administration • Process financial transactions accurately • Create welcome packages for current clients • Collaborate on improving team operations and services
